   Excavation of footings, pedestals and the gridline 1 retaining wall.

2. Jul – Aug 2026

   Tie beams and reinforcement checks gridline by gridline.

3. Aug 2026

   Review of the steel structure: preparation, coating, bolts, welds and geometry.

Checks and tests

• Concrete slump tests.
• Coating thickness measurement on the steel structure.
• Check of anchor bolts, welds and geometry.
• Check of the reinforcement in every footing and pedestal.
