What data we process, and why
Name, company, email, phone and the project information you send us. We use them to answer your request, prepare proposals, carry out the contracts we sign and, if you send us your résumé, for hiring. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Messages from the contact form reach our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that only delivers them.
Your rights
As the data subject, you can access, update and correct your data, ask for proof of your authorization, find out how we have used it, revoke your authorization or ask us to delete it when there is no legal duty to keep it, and file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Colombia's data protection authority).
How to exercise them
Write to gerencia@ddes.co with the subject «Datos personales» (personal data). We answer inquiries within ten business days at most and complaints within fifteen, as the law provides.
Effective date
This policy applies from its publication. We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and for the time required by legal and contractual obligations.
