Design, review, supervision and retrofit of structures under the NSR-10.

DDES stays with the structure through every stage, in Barranquilla and the rest of Colombia: it designs it under the NSR-10 (Colombia's seismic-resistant building code), reviews other firms' designs, supervises construction and provides construction oversight (interventoría). When DDES designs a project, the independent design review is done by another firm, as Law 1796 requires.

How we work
Every service follows a written process, with clear deliverables and agreed dates.

One team
The engineers who design also visit the site. The structure does not end on the drawing.

Everything documented
Calculations, minutes and site logs that back every decision before the owner and the permit authority.

Across Colombia
We know the soils, the climate and the builders of each region.
